Lemon and chipotle dressing

This dressing adds a delightful and spicy kick to animal-free fish alternatives, enhancing their overall taste.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes


(1 Jar)

  • 1 can of chipotles (100g)
  • 360g  canned coconut milk 
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 70g of oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Begin by blending all ingredients, excluding the oil and vinegar, for 1 minute. Then, reduce the speed and gradually incorporate the oil while continuing to blend for an additional 10 seconds. Next, slowly add the vinegar whilst still blending. Transfer the chipotle into an airtight jar and refrigerate until ready for use.
