This fresh and healthy smoothie is quick to make, full of goodness and tastes a lot like a vegan berry yoghurt.Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
- 1 ripe banana
- 25g oats
- 150g (1 cup) frozen raspberries
- 32g walnuts
- 300ml soya milk
- Sweetener (optional)
In a high speed blender, add all ingredients.
Process until creamy and smooth without lumps.
