Happy Smoothie

This fresh and healthy smoothie is quick to make, full of goodness and tastes a lot like a vegan berry yoghurt.

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 25g oats
  • 150g (1 cup) frozen raspberries
  • 32g walnuts
  • 300ml soya milk
  • Sweetener (optional)


In a high speed blender, add all ingredients.
Process until creamy and smooth without lumps.

Taste it and add sweeteners if desired.

If too thick, add a little bit more soya milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
