Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Smoothie
An easy, 5 ingredient smoothie, perfect for any time of day! Made with natural sugars and almond milk, this is great for breakfast, pre- exercise or as a dessert, with added chocolate sauce and coconut cream.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp crunchy natural salted peanut butter (try Meridian or Pip & Nut)
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 240ml almond milk
Put all the ingredients in a blender, adding the almond milk last, and gradually to desired thickness. Sprinkle some crushed salted peanuts on top for extra crunch!
Add chocolate sauce and cacao nibs to your glass if desired, and top with whipped coconut cream.
Serves one, generously!
